Elbit Systems wins $106 million artillery contract

In the latest in a series of high value deal announcements, Elbit Systems Ltd. (TASE: ESLT; Nasdaq: ESLT) announced today that it has been awarded a contract worth approximately $106 million to supply the SIGMA fully automatic self-propelled howitzer. firearms systems in an Asia-Pacific country. SIGMA is a 155 mm / 52 caliber self-propelled howitzer capable of automatic loading and laying of the barrel system, fast entry and exit action times and a high rate of fire.
